Body Language and Nonverbal Communications in Negotiations

Have you given much thought to the degree that body language impacts a negotiation? Some research has indicated that up to 90% of our communication occurs through our body language. That being the case, you should always be mindful per the body language signals you emit at the negotiation table, as well as those emitted by the opposing negotiator.
