What mindset do you possess prior to, during, and existing a negotiation? When you think about resetting any aspect of a negotiation, what do you consider?
There are times when we think because it’s a certain time of year, a certain time per where we are in life, and/or what our current circumstances are, that the time is not appropriate for a reset. The truth is, you can engage in a reset no matter what the time is. Thus, you don’t need a special time to engage in a reset. Do so, when the time calls for it.
Remember, you’re always negotiating!
